I studied and worked in Marketing for about 6 years until realising that although I liked its creative side, its lifestyle was not matching my needs and goals!

I did the hardest and most rewarding decision besides moving countries by myself, and changed careers by taking multiple certifications in the fitness, health and wellness coaching and massage areas!

I believe in the tremendous healing potential of our bodies and minds! We simply need to be very careful on our inputs and outputs! If we honour our own bio individuality and soul, we can create our own medicine, reduce inflammation and control our hormones with  our own mix of proper nutrition, exercise, rest, connection with others and external environment!!

Together we will build a strong core, improve our posture, boost our energy and immune system while reducing our stress and worrying levels
